The role
In the role of the Automotive Software Cyber Security Engineer, you are in close contact to our customers and our experts for e-mobility applications like Electric Drive Systems, Battery Management Systems etc.
You are taking over a key function in our various product & platform developments by actively driving the security spirit and ensuring conformance to state-of-the-art technical solutions and legal standards.
• Contact person for international OEMs and customer projects for e-mobility systems and platform
development on cyber security related software topics
• Performing TARA and deriving protection concepts, measures and implementing secure software
based on security requirements.
• Support of detail analysis of customer needs and requirements and support in defining security
goals, assets etc.
• Close collaboration with the experts from fields like functional safety, system architecture, software
development etc. in order to realize and ensure an overall security concept
• Active part of the initiation process from concept development to product development in
interdisciplinary projects
• Software security requirements management and supervision considering our design and specify for re-use and optimization principles.
• Strategic and technical spirit to drive the build-up of our cyber security growth in the first row
Qualifications
• Software engineering, Electrical / electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, automotive engineering graduate of a university of applied sciences, university of technology or similar qualification
• Experience in the automotive systems development is preferred
• Experience and/or certifications in automotive cyber security and legal standards like ISO21434 is a plus.
• Experience in Automotive SPICE is a plus
• Experience in IEC 61508 or ISO 26262 and related methods, e.g., HARA, FMEA, FTA, etc. is a plus.
• Highly motivated to learn new things and to bring in new ideas as well as taking responsibility
• Passion for analytical and structured approaches
• Confident in conducting problem solving oriented technical discussions in-house and with customers or clients
• Profound communication skills, embracing teamwork and helping each other
• Experience in DOORS Next, Rhapsody and software development tools
• Excellent English skills
• German and or Hungarian fluently is a plus.
• Willingness to travel
