- Manage multiple PCB designs in Altium Designer
- Setup projects with appropriate design rules
- Design PCBs including analog, digital and (high-voltage and high-power)
- Evaluate final design for manufacturability
- Create components and footprints
- Manage component library
- Version control in subversion
- Support continual process improvements that ensure reliable design packages and robust product performance
- BSc, MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related technical education
- English written and oral proficiency
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuits
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design
- Experience with modern design techniques and manufacturing capabilities for automotive
- Experience with Altium Designer
- Experience in signal and power integrity
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of IPC specifications (2221, 7351, 610) to aid your ability in design for manufacturability of both fabrication and assembly process.
- Specific experience executing PCB layout of high voltage power converters for automotive applications
- Basic EMC knowledge
- German knowledge
