The role

  • Design and implement control algorithm of automotive electrical drive from requirements to commission.
  • Design, develop, code, test, and debug application features.
  • Design, develop simulation model environment.
  • Analyse and create design requirements.
  • Review code and design.
  • Provide electrical drive commissioning support.
  • Interface with System Design team and with the Verification and Validation team.
  • Development of software modules according to the requirements of functional safety (ISO 26262)

Qualifications

  • BSC/MSC in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer engineering or a comparable educational background
  • Experience with model-based software development, Matlab/Simulink
  • Experience with measuring and calibration tools (e.g.: Vector CANape)
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Good English skills are required: spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel.

Advantages:

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of controlled electrical drives in automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of the motor and inverter control theory
  • Knowledge of development processes in automotive software (ASPICE).
  • Experience with HiL testing
  • Knowledge of common standards (ISO 26262, ISO TS 16949, ISO 21434:2021)
  • German and/or Hungarian language knowledge
